Ingredients:
- 1 wheel (8 oz / 225g) Brie cheese
- 3 tbsp (45ml) Fig jam
- 1 tsp (5ml) Honey
- 1/4 cup (30g) Pecans
- 1 sprig Fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp (15g) Dried figs
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 190°C. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper Note: This prevents the jam from sticking to the dish.
- Place the cold Brie wheel (225g) in the center of the dish. Note: Cold cheese holds its shape longer in the oven.
- Spread 45ml of fig jam in an even layer over the top, letting it run slightly down the sides.
- Drizzle 5ml of honey over the jam.
- Press 30g of chopped pecans and 15g of diced dried figs into the jam.
- Sprinkle finely chopped fresh rosemary over the top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are soft and the jam is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 2 minutes before serving.
