Ingredients:

  • 2.5 tablespoons high-quality, mold-free coffee beans (ground)
  • 12 oz filtered water
  • 1.5 tablespoons grass-fed unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons C8 MCT Oil

Instructions:

  1. Brew 12 ounces of coffee using filtered water heated to 195-205°F. If using a French Press, let it steep for 4 minutes until a deep crema develops.
  2. While the coffee brews, pre-warm your blender jar with hot tap water to maintain temperature; discard the warming water before adding ingredients.
  3. Pour the hot brewed coffee into the blender jar and add the grass-fed unsalted butter and C8 MCT oil.
  4. Blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds until the mixture is fully emulsified and a thick, frothy foam forms on top.
