Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Fine Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Measure the Smoked Paprika. Place 3 tbsp Smoked Paprika into your mixing bowl.
  2. Add the alliums. Whisk in 2 tbsp Garlic Powder and 2 tbsp Onion Powder.
  3. Introduce the heat. Add 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper to the bowl.
  4. Incorporate the peppers. Mix in 1 tsp Ground White Pepper and 1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper.
  5. Crush the herbs. Rub 1 tbsp Dried Oregano and 1 tbsp Dried Thyme between your palms into the bowl.
  6. Season with salt. Add 1 tsp Fine Sea Salt to the mixture.
  7. Whisk thoroughly. Use a fork or small whisk to combine until the color is a consistent, deep terracotta.
  8. Check the aroma. Lean in and take a sniff; it should smell smoky, sharp, and slightly herbal.
  9. Transfer to storage. Pour the mixture into an airtight jar.
  10. Label and date. Mark the jar with the date.
