Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb chicken breast, diced into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Dice 1.5 lb chicken breast into 0.5 inch cubes.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes until golden and no longer pink.
  3. Stir in 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.5 tsp cracked black pepper.
  4. Reduce heat to low. Stir in 4 oz softened cream cheese, 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, and 1 tsp hot sauce.
  5. Mix in 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley until the sauce is silky and coats every piece of chicken.
  6. Quickly heat 4 large flour tortillas in a dry pan for 15 seconds per side.
  7. Place 1/4 of the 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella in the center of each tortilla.
  8. Top the mozzarella with the warm garlic chicken mixture.
  9. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  10. Place wraps seam side down in the skillet for 2 minutes until the seal is fused and the exterior is shatter crisp.
