Ingredients:
- 3 cups (450g) Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 0.5 cup (122g) Whole Milk
- 0.5 tsp (2.5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
- 8 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
- 2 tbsp (30g) Chocolate Ganache or Fudge Sauce
- 0.25 cup (30g) Whipped Heavy Cream
- 2 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, finely crushed
- 2 whole Chocolate Sandwich Cookies for garnish
Instructions:
- Place your two tall glasses in the freezer for 20 minutes to ensure a cold environment.
- Add the cold whole milk, vanilla extract, and ice cream to the blender. Blend until smooth
- Add the 8 chocolate sandwich cookies to the blender. Pulse 3-5 times until the cookies are broken into desired pieces.
- Rim the chilled glasses with chocolate ganache and crushed cookies. Pour the milkshake into the glasses, top with whipped heavy cream, and garnish with a whole cookie.
