Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (450g) Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • 0.5 cup (122g) Whole Milk
  • 0.5 tsp (2.5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 8 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Chocolate Ganache or Fudge Sauce
  • 0.25 cup (30g) Whipped Heavy Cream
  • 2 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, finely crushed
  • 2 whole Chocolate Sandwich Cookies for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place your two tall glasses in the freezer for 20 minutes to ensure a cold environment.
  2. Add the cold whole milk, vanilla extract, and ice cream to the blender. Blend until smooth
  3. Add the 8 chocolate sandwich cookies to the blender. Pulse 3-5 times until the cookies are broken into desired pieces.
  4. Rim the chilled glasses with chocolate ganache and crushed cookies. Pour the milkshake into the glasses, top with whipped heavy cream, and garnish with a whole cookie.
