Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 oz lump crab meat, drained and picked
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained, squeezed dry, and chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch paprika

Instructions:

  1. Place 8 oz cream cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Mix in 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 cup sour cream. Stir until the mixture looks silky and glossy.
  3. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp Old Bay, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
  4. Chop 14 oz artichoke hearts and slice 2 green onions.
  5. Gently stir in the artichokes and 1/4 cup fresh parsley.
  6. Fold in 12 oz lump crab meat by hand. Stop as soon as it is just combined to keep chunks intact.
  7. Stir in 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
  8. Spread the mixture into a shallow baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmesan, and a pinch of paprika.
  10. Cook 20 minutes at 190°C (375°F) until the edges are bubbling and the top is golden brown.
