Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 12 oz lump crab meat, drained and picked
- 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained, squeezed dry, and chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch paprika
Instructions:
- Place 8 oz cream cheese in a large bowl.
- Mix in 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 cup sour cream. Stir until the mixture looks silky and glossy.
- Add 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp Old Bay, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
- Chop 14 oz artichoke hearts and slice 2 green onions.
- Gently stir in the artichokes and 1/4 cup fresh parsley.
- Fold in 12 oz lump crab meat by hand. Stop as soon as it is just combined to keep chunks intact.
- Stir in 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
- Spread the mixture into a shallow baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmesan, and a pinch of paprika.
- Cook 20 minutes at 190°C (375°F) until the edges are bubbling and the top is golden brown.
