Ingredients:
- 1 cup (245g) Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60g) chunky salsa
- 2 tbsp (30ml) fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp (2g) ground cumin
- 1 tsp (2g) chili powder
- 1/2 tsp (1.5g) garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp (1.5g) onion powder
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
- 1/8 tsp (0.5g) smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp (5g) fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tsp (7g) honey
Instructions:
- In a medium glass mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, salsa, and honey. Stir until the mixture looks glossy and smooth.
- Pour in the fresh lime juice. Stir until the mixture looks glossy and smooth.
- Add the ground cumin and chili powder.
- Incorporate the garlic powder and onion powder. Whisk until no white streaks of yogurt remain.
- Sprinkle in the fine sea salt and smoked paprika.
- Drizzle in the honey. Stir vigorously to emulsify the sweetener.
- Fold in the finely chopped fresh cilantro.
- Taste a small amount on a piece of lettuce. Check for a balanced zing and saltiness.
- Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes. This allows the dry spices to fully hydrate.
