Ingredients:
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella
- 3 oz thinly sliced beef pepperoni
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp finely grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- On a lightly floured surface, roll the 1 lb pizza dough into a large rectangle.
- Spread a thin layer of 1/2 cup marinara sauce over the dough, then evenly top with 1 cup shredded mozzarella and 3 oz beef pepperoni.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Lightly brush the exterior of the sliced rolls with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Arrange the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer; cook in batches if they don't fit in one layer to ensure air circulation.
- Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until the crust is deep golden-brown and firm.
- While the rolls cook, melt 2 tbsp unsalted butter and stir in 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
- Immediately toss the hot rolls in the garlic butter mixture to glaze.
