Ingredients:

  • 5 cups (150g) Crispy Rice Cereal
  • 11 oz (311g) Caramel Bits
  • 1.5 cups (255g) Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 0.25 cup (55g) Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the 11 oz (311g) Caramel Bits and 0.25 cup (55g) Unsalted Butter in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until the mixture is completely liquid and smooth.
  3. Add the 1.5 cups (255g) Milk Chocolate Chips to the hot caramel. Stir vigorously for about 1 minute until the chocolate is fully melted and the color is mahogany. Add the vanilla and sea salt now.
  4. Gently fold in the 5 cups (150g) Crispy Rice Cereal. Stir from the bottom up until every grain is coated in the velvety chocolate mixture.
  5. Use a scoop to drop mounds onto parchment.
  6. Let them rest for 15 minutes until they are firm to the touch and no longer glossy.
