Ingredients:
- 5 cups (150g) Crispy Rice Cereal
- 11 oz (311g) Caramel Bits
- 1.5 cups (255g) Milk Chocolate Chips
- 0.25 cup (55g) Unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Combine the 11 oz (311g) Caramel Bits and 0.25 cup (55g) Unsalted Butter in a microwave safe bowl.
- Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until the mixture is completely liquid and smooth.
- Add the 1.5 cups (255g) Milk Chocolate Chips to the hot caramel. Stir vigorously for about 1 minute until the chocolate is fully melted and the color is mahogany. Add the vanilla and sea salt now.
- Gently fold in the 5 cups (150g) Crispy Rice Cereal. Stir from the bottom up until every grain is coated in the velvety chocolate mixture.
- Use a scoop to drop mounds onto parchment.
- Let them rest for 15 minutes until they are firm to the touch and no longer glossy.
