Ingredients:

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (245g)
- 0.75 cup warm water (180ml)
- 1 tablespoon honey (21g)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt until thoroughly combined.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the Greek yogurt and honey.
- Slowly pour in the warm water while stirring with a silicone spatula from the center outward until a shaggy dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a rounded loaf on the prepared baking sheet, score the top with a sharp serrated knife, and bake for 35 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 190°F.
