Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (120g) sour cream
- 1/2 cup (120ml) premium blue cheese dressing
- 2 cups (300g) shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 cup (120ml) cayenne pepper hot sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup (115g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (115g) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup (40g) Gorgonzola or blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tbsp sliced green onions
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 190°C. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and blue cheese dressing until smooth and aerodynamic with no visible lumps.
- Fold in the shredded chicken breast, hot sauce, and garlic powder. Stir until the chicken is completely mahogany-colored and saturated with the sauce.
- Stir in half of the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Transfer the mixture to a 2 liter baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Top the mixture with the remaining shredded cheeses and the blue cheese crumbles. Bake for 20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese on top has developed golden-brown toasted spots.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the fats to re-absorb. Garnish with sliced green onions.
