Ingredients:
- 450g powdered sugar, sifted
- 60ml whole milk
- 15ml light corn syrup
- 2.5ml clear vanilla extract
- 0.5g fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Place a fine-mesh sieve over a large mixing bowl and sift the 450g of powdered sugar thoroughly to remove any compacted clumps.
- Add the milk, clear vanilla extract, corn syrup, and a pinch of salt to the center of the sifted sugar.
- Using a silicone spatula or whisk, stir slowly from the center outward. Continue mixing until the sugar is fully hydrated and the icing is smooth and glossy.
