Ingredients:
- 8 oz goat cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp fig jam
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
Instructions:
- Combine the softened goat cheese, fig jam, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Fold the ingredients together using a rubber spatula until the mixture is a uniform pale mauve color.
- Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl or dollop onto your chosen base, creating slightly ruffled peaks to hold the toppings.
- Top each portion with toasted pecans and a drizzle of honey. Place under a broiler for 60-90 seconds until the jam bubbles and the cheese edges turn light golden brown. Garnish with fresh thyme.
