- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature

- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled into very small bits

- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh jalapeno, minced extremely fine
Instructions:
- Ensure your cream cheese is truly at room temperature. Use a spatula to press it against the sides of the bowl until it feels pliable and smooth, with no cold lumps remaining.
- Add the shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the cream cheese. Using a hand mixer or spatula, blend the mixture until it is completely homogenous and looks like a thick, pale-orange paste.
- Gently fold in the crumbled bacon and minced jalapenos using a spatula. Mix just until the bacon and peppers are evenly distributed throughout the cream.
