Ingredients:

  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled into very small bits
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh jalapeno, minced extremely fine

Instructions:

  1. Ensure your cream cheese is truly at room temperature. Use a spatula to press it against the sides of the bowl until it feels pliable and smooth, with no cold lumps remaining.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the cream cheese. Using a hand mixer or spatula, blend the mixture until it is completely homogenous and looks like a thick, pale-orange paste.
  3. Gently fold in the crumbled bacon and minced jalapenos using a spatula. Mix just until the bacon and peppers are evenly distributed throughout the cream.
