Ingredients:
- 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 tbsp egg white powder
Instructions:
- Add the whole milk, water, frozen orange juice concentrate, sugar, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender canister. If using egg white powder for extra froth, add it now.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender. Pulse 3–5 times to break up the large chunks, then blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is pale, creamy, and the ice is completely pulverized.
- Stop blending once the mixture has a thick, foamy head. Pour immediately into chilled glasses to preserve the aeration and froth.
