Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs Russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly, leaving the skins on. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then into quarters, and finally into eighths to create uniform 1-inch thick wedges.
- Submerge the wedges in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes to remove excess surface starch. Drain and pat completely dry with a lint-free towel.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the dried wedges with avocado oil until evenly coated. Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper, tossing again to ensure seasoning adhesion.
- Arrange the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the edges are dark gold and crispy.
