Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Premium Vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) 100% Concord Grape Juice
  • 4 oz (120 ml) Ginger Ale
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 3-4 large ice cubes
  • 1 lime wheel or fresh Concord grapes for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Chill a highball glass in the freezer for 5 minutes until it develops a frosty haze.
  2. Add 3-4 large ice cubes to the chilled glass.
  3. Pour the vodka, Concord grape juice, and fresh lime juice directly over the ice. The dark juice will naturally settle near the bottom.
  4. Slowly pour the ginger ale down the side of a bar spoon into the glass to preserve the carbonation.
  5. Give the drink one or two very gentle stirs from the bottom up to integrate the ingredients without degassing the ginger ale.
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel or skewered Concord grapes and serve immediately.
