Ingredients:
- 6 oz (170g) frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup (240ml) cold filtered water
- 1 cup (240ml) 2% milk
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp (25g) monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 cup (60g) non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1.5 cups (200g) ice cubes
Instructions:
- Place two pint glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes to ensure the drink stays thick and frosty upon serving.
- Add the frozen orange juice concentrate, milk, water, vanilla extract, monk fruit sweetener, and Greek yogurt to a high-speed blender canister.
- Pulse the blender three times to break up the concentrate, then blend on medium speed for 15 seconds to emulsify the dairy and citrus.
- Add the ice cubes to the liquid mixture in the blender.
- Secure the lid and start the blender on the lowest setting, quickly increasing to high speed.
- Blend for 30–45 seconds until the sound of ice clinking stops and the mixture is a velvety, billowing slush.
- Pour immediately into the chilled glasses and serve.
