Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp (12g) Instant coffee granules
- 2 tbsp (25g) Granulated white sugar
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Boiling water
- 1 cup (240ml) Milk of choice
- 1/2 cup Ice cubes
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a small to medium mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, granulated sugar, and boiling water.
- Using an electric hand mixer on medium-high speed, whip the mixture for approximately 2-3 minutes until pale, thick, and stiff peaks form. If whisking by hand, this may take up to 5 minutes of vigorous movement.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and your choice of milk. Optional: stir vanilla extract into the milk.
- Gently dollop the whipped coffee foam on top of the milk using a spoon. Stir gently before drinking to incorporate the foam into the milk.
