Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60ml) Premium Vodka
  • 1 oz (30ml) 100% Concord Grape Juice, unsweetened
  • 0.5 oz (15ml) Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 oz (90ml) Ginger Ale
  • 2-3 frozen Concord grapes
  • 1 lime wheel

Instructions:

  1. Chill the glass. Place your highball glass in the freezer for 5 minutes until a light frost forms.
  2. Measure the spirits. Pour 2 oz (60ml) of premium vodka into the chilled glass.
  3. Add the fruit base. Pour in 1 oz (30ml) of the Concord grape juice until the liquid turns deep violet.
  4. Squeeze the citrus. Add 0.5 oz (15ml) of fresh lime juice.
  5. Incorporate the ice. Drop in your frozen grapes and a handful of fresh ice.
  6. The gentle pour. Top with 3 oz (90ml) of ginger ale, pouring slowly down the side of the glass.
  7. The lift and fold. Use a long spoon to gently lift the juice from the bottom once until the color is uniform.
  8. Garnish and serve. Slide the lime wheel onto the rim until it sits securely.
